Hmi runtime, Error During Loading, A communication error (802081002B6cffff) occured

Hi,

I am using TIA V13 SP3, with windows advance. We are having three projects on site and when i try to download a backup to these three it is getting downloaded in 2 machines but in one machine it is giving error. HMI Runtine     Error during loading A communication error (802081002B6CFFFF) occured is showing. I compiled it and the project shows no error. Please find the attached file for reference. If any suggetions please tag.

You can try reset to default setting (OS update) because request support take normally 24h

As per the error ,  you need to assure all the communication Settings such as baud rate , cable , PG/PC.  etc.

I have almost the same problem. Maybe you found a solution to your problem?

I've KTP400 Basic PN (6AV2 123-2DB03-0AX0) and TIA Portal V13 SP1 UP9.

Porject is compiled without a single warning or error. When I try to download I get an error that says:

"HMI runtime, Error During Loading, A communication error (802081002CAcffff) occured"

I can ping the device, but I cannot access it via TIA. Here are the screens:

Somehow managed to solve it, but I still don't know what was the exact problem.

Checked all the parameters numerous times. Also, tried to reset to factory defaults, but unsuccessfully. Today tried it again and it worked out. After resetting to factory default settings, I did the OS update and everything is working well at the moment.

Just don't give up and be persistent :)

P.S. It's working with the straight cable, because I was beginning to doubt that I need to try a crossover one.

Hello, 

I got the same problem. I figure out that it was caused by plugged SD Card. It keeps busy HMI during download operation. 

When i removed SD Card, my problem has solved.

Dear Mr. Anish,

Did you already solve this communication error on HMI? Can you share me the steps how to solve it if SIEMENS support already replied to you. Although we are using TIA V15 and KTP1200 Basic, still same error during downloading but compiling no error only warnings.
