K!ke Posts: 1299 Rating: (136)	Hello, it's no problem to connecta plc with both - a panel and runtime pc. You just have to insertthe plc, the hmi and the runtime system in your project and develop it as usual. ... or did I misunderstand your question? K!ke

But when i press a button on my HMI screen and then a color changes, there is nothing changing on my RUNTIME. But in my runtime is the same screen created as in my HMI with the same tags.

Deleted User Posts: 767 Rating: (69)	Hello, The tag's are PLC tags. When i press the button in Runtime there is nothing happening in my software. But when i simulate the PLC and then open Runtime it works good. Could it be a problem that i can't program and Runtime with 1 notebook? I got on my notebook the right IP address so that couldn't be the problem.

K!ke Posts: 1299 Rating: (136)	No, it's possible to use engineering and runtime on one pc, that's no problem. I think the problem is you don't have a connection between plc and runtime. can you access other tags in plc e.g. show a tag in an iofield? are the ip adresses in the project correct? (also the one of the pc station)? K!ke
