HMI through Gas Chromatograph Portal for Maxum II

I am running the Gas Chromatograph Portal Version 5.10.10.488 and am unable to load the HMI for remote operation of our Maxum II.  I get the attached Unhandled Exception error when trying to run the HMI.

What can be done to fix this?  I have attempted reinstallation of the GCP without success.

I hope your problem must have been resolved by now. If not installed latest GCP 5.20.02. This will help.

If you resolved the problem with different solution kindly update.
