Try my HmiRTmLauncher in the attachment.

Start runtime by passing a path to your .fwx file as a parameter for HmiRTmLauncher.exe and enjoy :)

Stop the Runtime from system tray


I have tested and using it with WinCC flexible 2007, other versions should work also
