When i take slider from from symbol library it have vertical orientation and i don't find which property i need to change for getting horizontal slider. I use WinCC v11 to my SCADA. Thanks in advance Andrey

Tnaks, Andrey. $Andrey, Attached is a quick stab at a visualization of a horizontal meter with buttons to increment the value rather than an actual slider. With more time, I think you could add hot zone invisible but active buttons that when activated would set the tag value to the prescribed value. It would take a bit of time, maybe an hour to put together the PLC block and the visualization, but in the end, you would would then group the hmi objects, and put a FB together that you pass in a structured DB (with compatible mode) for your slider control with thinks like 0 and full scale values, and so on. I did something like this for a vertical slider on a basic panel where operators had used a MP177with avertical slider. Added benefit -there was no need to retrain when switching to a basic panel. Hope this image is useful. Description: The colors change for the moving bar and the background (you set up the color shift in one, then copy/paste to the other) based on the same tag value in the display box. The arrows simple increment / decrement the tag value by - in my case, 5. If you use a hot-zone button approach, you would set the tag value exactly to a value based on what zone was pressed. I know it is not pretty, but once built, you can group and then copy/paste it as needed to/from a library. Attachment Horiz_Slider_Almost___.jpg (928 Downloads)
