How about the logo 220V rele' quality?

I use logo for home automation from 20 years. I have 8 logo 220v more expansions in my house. In the last 5 years I already had two problems on two logo with contact always on - logo 220V rele' output that control bathroom light low energy under 100 watts. Every time I changed the logo unit.

Probably the bathroom light is the most used, but I not consider normal that the rele' for industrial application have a defect under 3 years of life in a house for a bathroom light (how many times a day can you use it?) Actually I have the 3th times problem with another logo 8 that control the bathroom light this time led model under 30watt. I stopped logo and the light remain on. I suspect the rele' contact! Logo is 2 years old.... Possible on all logo output the defect everytime in the 2 logo that control the bathroom lights?

How about the logo 220V rele' quality??? Can I check the total rele' worked cycle?

both looks to me is an issue with the load. The decription sounds to me that the relay contacts glow together.

In both application valves and lamps are used are not an ohmig load and will influence the life time of relays.

The vendor of the valves may also offer filter or similar protections. More difficult are lamps. The can create an inrush current which may be 1.000 time higher than the normal current. For such cases you need to use "inrush current limiter". There is no way around except to change LOGO! after a short time. 

Coupling relays my only move the problem from LOGO! relays to the coupling relays.

Interesting you should bump into this issue of relay failure, as I have seen this quite a lot where people have moved from incandescent bulbs & fluorescents to LED lighting fixtures. The failure is stuck on relays. What is quite surprising is that say 200W of LED is changed to say only 50W of LED and after many many operations the relay fails to stuck on.

This has been seen in the aquatic fish tank world, where people have used fluorescent tubes for years with mains operated timers and in last couple of years have moved to more efficient and lower power LED lighting systems and suddenly start encountering stuck on relays. I have had this happen to me.

The crux of the matter is cheap(er) LED's and their associated electronics. A lot of LED drivers present a large capacitive load on the mains and when the relay switches on this causes a large current pulse to flow and after many operations causes the relay contacts to weld shut.

The issue can be solved in many ways.

1. Switch back to incandescent and fluorescents (this is what we ended up doing in our storeroom !!).
2. Using an uprated relay, to cope with the current surge.
3. Fit surge supressors across the relay contacts. Combinations of resistor/capacitor snubber networks, MOVs (metal oxide varistors) and EMI inductors can be used. One issue to watch is snubber networks let current through, which if not carefully designed and thought about allow enough current to flow to either light or cause to flicker the LED lights. Sometimes fitting one incandescent fixture and all rest of LED fixtures makes things work with snubber network correctly protecting the relay. This adds a minimum load. Also putting 0.1uF (I think)  capacitor across one of the LED fixtures, when using a snubber can stop them coming on due to current through the snubber.
4. Ensure all LED fixtures are "quality" and incorporate surge limiting. Most big LED light fixtures are OK, single LED bulbs and/or LED tubes are often not.

So plenty of options. I opted for 0.1uF across first LED fixture when I changed my hall lights to LED as the PIR security switch snubber network allowed enough current through to light the lights (partially).
