 I have seen the example program and it is fine, 
if both plc are programmed with the same version of 
TIA portal. 

The detail is that I have: 
1.- plc programmed in Tia V13 SP1 
2.- plc Programmed in Tia V14 SP1  
how can I achieve communication between both

Which way of communication do you use in this project?

You can use a lot of communication like Idevice, unspecified S7 connection, TCP, UPD and so on .
