How can BW500 working with six loadcells?

weighting Posts: 17 Rating: (0)	DEAR: I have some experience in BW500. Days ago one salesmanager tell me three MSI blet scales can work with one BW500. I don,t konw how? There is six loadcels,but BW500 only four . So i want to confirmation it.If this could realize,how need we do ? Thank you!

So i want to confirmation it.If this could realize,how need we do ? Thank you! Hello, That's true. New version of BW500 accepts up to three belt scale load cells (i.e. 6 load cells). It goes without saying that all belt scales should be attached to the same belt conveyor. In this manual "Milltronics BW500 - Instruction Manual", in page 18, the connection of 6 load cells. It's clear that three load cells are connected in parallel to load cell A input, and the other three load cells are connected in parallel to load cell B input. load cell C & D inputs are bridged with A & B. In page 112, please read how to enter the number of load cells to BW500. For both 4 or 6 load cells, enter number 4 in P003 (No. of load cells). Hope this helps.
