How can calibrate mechanical zero position by Simotion Scout software?

I want to mount ERN1387 encoder on another brand servo motor and just to know how can I calibrate mechanical zero position by Simotion Scout software? thank you ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from Motor encoder replace.

The encoder calibration has to be done in the drive, with the drives parameterising software. For example with Masterdrives with the Drivemonitor tool.
