How can do a reset and clear the old password and old program as well?

I have the same problem but with the following: 6ED1 052-1FB00-0BA5

I have bought a used logos second hand I have them now connected to the power and want to do editing  program. but I found it protected by  a password that i haven't.
get it. the question is, how i can do a reset and clear the old password and old program as well. otherwise will be useless .I have not received data cable. attached

@IXO65, based on your location in the world (or VPN) that link does not always work. I am presently on the sea near South Korea. If i use the link i am redirected to a page that tells me the link is broken, if i use my VPN ( netherlands ) i can see the page. 

Anyhow i have this PDF file in my main LOGO folder , i am 100% sure i downloaded it from this forum and have used it so many times already. It is a must have page if you work with several versions.

That is also the reason why i uploaded the PDF. Like in my case that i work with PLC's from several manufactures and from many more developers. it is more then often that i need to remove a password to upload a new version.
