S7 300 PLC can communicate over Profibus Network.But S7 200 can communicate over PPI only for upload/download.

to be correct, you need provide more infos what type of S7-200, because some S7-200 has integrated DP port, so I missing what type of DP interface you're using. In this case probably expect EM277 module. In this case as sugested in previous post, you can upload/download via PPI port of S7-200 with propper adapter without problems.

Update: also to my mentioned type of S7-200, you can upload/download from integrated DP port of that S7-200.
