How can explain this

didel4u Posts: 6 Rating: (0)	Dear all, My problem is looks this: I made a new project in WinCC flexible 2005 sp1 and I have S7 V5.4 and for simulating I tried with PLCSIM v5.3. If I want to set a bit from wincc flexible RT in Plcsim I cannot if the CPU is on RUN position, after I put the CPU inSTOP position everything works perfect. How can explain this! Before to start to simulate I made download of the program in CPU. On the RUN position if I put manual input the program is working without any problems. Somebody can help please!

Do you receive any runtime errors from Wincc flex In most simple case your program can rewrite your value in each scan..

If I have CPU in STOP position andI set from wincc-flex I0.0 in PLCSIM the specified input is enable.When I put CPU in RUN position all the value from PLCSIM areremoved If I have CPU in RUN position and I try to set from wincc-flex this I0.0 nothing is changing on PLCSIM. If repeat with CPU inSTOP position I can set this I0.0 I don't any information about this from wincc-flex(not errors show up). Could please tell me what configuration you are using to simulate a project. (what version of S7 you have; What version of PLCSIM; What version of wincc;wincc-fle;protool). Tanks for yourtime. bunglehead Posts: 54 Rating: (3)	Hi, for the last time I used Step7 5.4SP2 and Winc flexible 2005 SP1 HF7..But it doesn't matter I think. Could you try to use Variable table to do the same thing (setting I0.0 bit from it). If it doesn't retain in RUN mode the issue is in your PLC program

From wincc-flexibleRT if change that bit I0.0 is changing in variable-table only if CPU-is inStop position If I want to transfer the setings fromPROJECT-->TRANSFER-->TRANSFER SETINGSthe folowing message is showing up: Could not establish connection. Please check you setings, interface,cables etc! And I tried to change from PG/PC interface PC-adapter(auto, profibus,mpi) with no result. There is nothing to say. Could pleasesend my one sample of HWconfig (screenshots) PLS Best Regards,
