I just started one runtime file in the field. Then a few days later they need some updating on the Scada. so I just added that updates and create new runtime file. Now the problem is in new Runtime file the new trend data is only showing at the time of new runtime file started. it does not show the previous trend values. How can I get the previous values...?

Check the time from your segments.

The segments for the trend are located it the project directory’s

< project directory >\ArchiveManager\AlarmLoggin for messages

< project directory >ArchiveManager\TagLoggingFast for meas. values fast

< project directory >ArchiveManager\TagLoggingSlow for meas. values slow

In the File name of each segment you find the time from – to archiving.
