How can get the UI back?

Hello,

Installed jetpack 4.5.1 -- all fine. Added a USB disk to allow for more disk, all fine. I can see the UI on my monitor just fine.

Then I realize I forgot the add the IPC520*deb package. I installed the following one.

I reboot --- I lost the UI. 

What went wrong here?

How can I get the UI back?
