How can get updated firmware of CU to Scout project?

Hi Tech team, Problem solved with replace power unit but I have next question: it's old machine, we configure project with Scout. (we fixed issue by remote to customer's laptop and download parameter with Starter). Original project, we configure it with Scout and CU305 firmware 4.4. Right now, we convert project to Scout V4.4.0.11 but as the new CU305 firmware is 4.4.3. How I can get updated firmware of CU to my Scout project. So that next time I can online the new CU over Scout project. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |

Hi Tech Team, In my Scout project, there is no firmware 4.4.3 available. please, see in picture. |

Hello Tikki, this is because your Scout installation is too old for FW V4.4.3 of S110. According to the firmware notification (https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/document/109474320) you need at least Starter V4.4.1, therefore Scout >V4.4. You could try this SSP here (https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/document/109476277). There is no guarantee that the installation will word, as it is for Starter (not for Scout). If the installation works, this allows you to use the FW V4.4.3 on your current Scout installation. If this does not work, you have to install a Scout version >V4.4. |
