How can I change the window button background color using C-Aciton?

blondy Posts: 25 Rating: (0)	How can I change the window button background color using C-Aciton? I have used setbackcolor ,but,color can't change! eg. i set thethe window button name to "button1",the picture name is "ddd.pdl". in C-action script ,i write SetBackColor("ddd.pdl",button1",CO_RED); it can't work later,i get the color using GetBackColor,the value has being changed, but ,i can see the button 's color hasn't changed in the RT-screen,why?

Nemo Posts: 3149 Rating: (171)	Hi Blondy, did you change the picture after changing the color by pressing the button? => please have a try. Could you create two buttons (button1, button2). Put your script under button1 and modify the script for changing the color of button2 => does this work?? The script itself looks ok to me. nemo

I am working under WinCC 5.0, I had made some mistakes in object name ever, i know they will work normally if there are 2 same object names.but this time,when i notice it can't work, the first thing i thought is the object name. the object name is OK, in fact ,there is only one button in the picture.I have make a text for "static text" object , it can work,and I have tested manyobjects, only the "button object" can't work when using C-action to change dynamacly.

Nemo Posts: 3149 Rating: (171)	Hi Blondy, well, I am using WinCC V6 and had at first sight the same problem => please change the backcolor of your button in the properties e.g. to green => after this your script will work - very strange. nemo

If this property is set to Yes then you cannot change the colour of the button. You either need to set this property to No manually in the Graphics Designer or do it in your script. Regards, Salma
