How can I connect to smartserver on another session on the same server?

Hello all, I have the same problem. I have a server when WinCCRT Adv run on one user session. On the same server, i'm connected for devloppment of the global application with another user session. i need to connect to runtime to see the actual process. But when i try to connect to smartserver, i see my usersession and not process user session. to sum up: how can I connect to smartserver on another session on the same server?
