How can i diagnostic DI module status like the way of diagnostic PLC LED Status ?

(Diagnostic Interrupt Module ? , what kind of libraries i can use? ) The file attached shows what we want to do is mapping the bit status of failed module to the slot status. You can find in options -> report system error Follow the wizard and it will give you all the diagnostic messages. Note that you have to intergrate the WinCC project in your step7 project. Have fun....

Do you mean internally? like losing the optocoupler?! Unfortunately you can't have it. The only S7-300 digital input module that supports diagnostics is the 7BH01 module. However, the channel diagnostics that you can get from this module are: 1- Wire break (ashunt resistormust be connected to transducer contacts). 2- Missing supply voltage.
