how can I open the excel sheet from this editor and communicate

I have ‘n’ no of text reference tags.

By VBA I already did the following jobs:

1. Individually write a text in the test library and generate the I.D.
2. Put the I.D into the start value of the text reference tag.

Now I want to make an Excel sheet with 3 columns for “Tag name”, “Text” and “I.D” and I will put the name of the tags and text and rest of the job will be done by the editor.

I am using the VBA of Graphics designer > tools > macros > visual basic editor.

My requirement is how can I open the excel sheet from this editor and communicate?
