Hello Friends I have Sinumerik 840D with HMI Embedded Pcu20 . because of weak battery , i loss my nck data. After call with my OEM , said me that i must do NCK Reset By "S3" Key on Sinumerik Module an archive back data. after NCK RESET according to Documentation going to send data with SinucomPCIN (win ver.) I want to archive back NC.ARC to NC with SinuComPCIN 1.3.3 . After Set of port , boudrate , ... in PCIN Software and in HMI Embedded( "Service" Screen -> RS232C PG/PC -> Set) for start data transfer to NC in "Service" Screen ->data in ->StartUp-Data -> NCK Data -> Start after copy some files this message displayed "Start PCU on HMI" by press "start" Softkey Coping process resumed but after some filed copied , again same message displayed. afterpress again "start" Softkey Coping process resumed but after a few minute , this message appeared "Transmission Error" . in Error Log Page : "there is not enough memory to install an loading object" Now how can i transfer NC.arc to NCK thanks with best regards Splitted from Problem loading series start up archive on a 840D. |
