How can make other buttons invisible/ unusable once another button is pushed?

I'm new to programming and am looking into how I can make other buttons invisible/unusable once another button is pushed. I am working with a ktp400 basic with TIA v15 I believe it is. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from How to temporarily disable a button to avoid successive press actions.

Go to the events of the first button and call InvertBit with the boolean tag when releasing the button. Go to the animations of the second button and use the boolean tag to set the visibility. What I have is 3 different screens with start stop buttons on it for 3 different processors so i was hoping that when 1 one of the start buttons was pressed the other 2 start buttons would go invisible. Then use event InvertBitInTag and e.g. for button 2 InvertBitInTag tag yourTag bit 3 InvertBitInTag tag yourTag bit 1 So 1 and 3 will be invisible and same to other buttons. Actually there is no need for every button to call that function twice, but this is the easiest way. EDIT: You can do this with bool. I was thinking of doing it with one function call and range. In your case you can call InvertBit two times, first with visualization-bit of <button 2> and second with visualization-bit of <button 3>. Regards, Frink
