How can restrict the Project configuration software and only start PC runtime for the operator?

Hello all,

I have a PC station which will work as ES/OS functionality. This station will have Step 7 Pro 2017, Wincc Advnced V14 SP1 and WinCC Advnced Runtime V14 SP1 software. How can i use the load and transfer of project to the same PC station.

I want to restrict the edit of the HMI project. So I am not considering to start of runtime from the configuring software. How can I restrict the Project configuration software and only start PC runtime for the operator.
