How can start LWE ?

Access Tool V2.0 and Web Editor V1.0.1 ready for download.

But I I have found it in the download folder of 8.3, thnx. ixo65 LWE is a own software, it's not a part of LSC. You must download this software.

But it is not a part of LSC, it is a own software.
