How do create in TIA portal V13 that - I did insert from HW catalog IPC427D - validated version, and do need to put OPC in slot?

Hello friends,

I`m new in industrial PC and soft PLC, so I got big problems.

I have IPC427D (6AG4140-4BL04-4AN0), with WinLC RTX V4.6.2 (6ES7611-4FB00-0YB7) integrated, so I need help like for beginners how to set HW config in TIA V13, by that i mean if that microbox IPC427D have 2 ethernet port and one MPI, how do i create in tia portal V13 that - I did insert from HW catalog IPC427D - validated version, and do i need to put OPC in slot? and how to wire WinLC RTX F with onboard ethernet port... I would appreciate if you would help the newbie like me, thank you.

which TIA Version exactly (SP? UPD?)

General:

create IPC from catalog

insert WinLC Slot from catalog

then select the interface you need for WinLC

in Interface Assignment select the Software_PLC,now this interface is assigned to the WinLC

from which Failsafe blocks you talk?
And why they are lost?

Or you mean on the IPC; that allready a project was stored on it and now you delet it?

in IPC there were some fail safe blocks, but now are gone. This IPC come i think pre-configurated, but in any case any program that in future I download from PG/PC would remove it, so I think that is not a problem. Am I right?

The main problem is that i need to make it work till Monday, so I can test it, do you have any idea what can I do? 

And TIA portal is version 13 SP1 Upg4

Hello,

if the IPC come from Siemens then no prconfigured FailSafe blocks are on the system.

If the blocks are deleted then you can't get it back or do you have create a backup of the data or the project?

didnt create back up, but nvm. 

I dont have exp with IPC and softPLC, do I need to configure something on IPC in Station configurator? Pictures in attachment.
