I have a small system with a PLC, a comfort panel and two drives that are connected.

They are currently connected and are running on software programmed in TIA V13.

The system has been reprogrammed with new SW blocks using TIA V14 and the network connections have been deleted and redrawn.

I have previously experience that - even though the connections was there and working - there was errors indicated in the TIA portal because the connections was in the wrong order or in a slightly different position.

How can I see that the connections are "identical" when I look at the old V13 SW and the new V14 SW - see also the attached screenshots ?

I noticed that you panel also connected in topology view. I think this will not work for this panel and you get SF LED.

For Topology you will have some utilities in TIA. I.E. you can do an online/offline compare and apply the changes. Check Screenshot...
