You might try an undelete program. In the meantime, you might want to purchase another memory card. Maybe a recovery program like testdisk ( http://www.cgsecurity.org/wiki/TestDisk). Scan software before using as you would any unknown source. |

Try to copy crdinfo and LOG files to memory card. I put this files in attachments... I copy this files from Simatic 24MB memory cards Best regards AttachmentCrdinfo & LOG.zip (1087 Downloads) |

What's the problem, for the 1200 you just have to insert the SMC to get the files back. (Assuming in 2013 you don't have a firmware < V2.0.1) http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/69063975 Restoring the memory card with S7-1200

Insert memory card in card reader and connect it with PC. Note down the hard drive name. for example if your card is showing as D: drive then you have to enter d: in the command prompt. Now click Start and in search bar type in ‘cmd’ and hit Enter After this the command prompt window will open. Now type in"attrib -s -h /s /d *.*”(or)“attrib -h -s -r /s /d *.*” Now open your memory card and you will find the hidden files.
