Hello kasper; You could use the search feature of the forum to see if your question has already been answered before. For example: Using the analog inputs of CPU 313C /tf/WW/en/Posts/38863 In the same document you can see that digital outputs of the CPU313C start at Q124.0. SCALE the analog value and compare: /tf/WW/en/Posts/12716 If you do not wish to scale the analog value before the compare operation, you will have to understand that the range for an analog value in all Siemens analog modules is 0-25768 or +/- 25768, depending on the type of signal being processed. So you could modify the compare rung shown in the link above to a GE_I (integer compare) and use the value 12884 (half of 25768) fpor a unipolar analog value, and use Q124.0 as the output coil of the rung.
