How I can change the settings of ALM to use PCS7 OS Client License?

Dear All,

I have installed PCS7 V8.1SP1 in my plant.

Still OS client is requesting through wincc license analysis WINCC RC and RT licenses.

Although I have installed PCS7 V8.1 OS Client license in ALM.

When I am checking OS Client license , it is coming OK.

OS Servers are working fine with PCS7 Server and OS RT PO license.

Can anyone explain , how I can change the settings of ALM so that it can use PCS7 OS Client  License instead of giving error for WINCC RT License.

Split from OS CLIENT LICENSING PROBLEM.

HI Ahmed,

do you have the WinCC explorer open at the client?
If WinCC explorer is opened WinCC wants to have a RC license.

Just close WinCC explorer but uncheck the box "close project by closing WInCC explorer".

So you can stay in Runtime with Client license only.
