How install license key (downloadable version)

tecnoproject Advanced Member Joined: 6/28/2016 Last visit: 3/11/2025 Posts: 44 Rating: (3)	Hi everybody. I Need to install in a plant, a pc as HMi function. The pc is a Siemens SIMATIC IPC647D. On the pc i installed Wincc V13 SP1 runtime, and the project work well, whit the cpu connected, from this side no problem. My problem now is how install the license key "SIMATIC WINCC RUNTIME ADVANCED 2048 POWERTAGS V13 SP1 RUNTIME" 6AV21040FA030AH0 The version of this license is the downloadable version, so i don't have the classic USB stick with license key inside, but a folder with certificate of license and SISLWCRT031300.ekb file. How i have to manage this file? I try to copy the file on USB stik and transfer the license to destination PC using "Automation license manger", but when i try to do it, i get the error "None or not all license keys transferred.". In the detailed view i see the message License key SISLWCRT031300 (10411000560141470751) is corrupt (c3). and a red cross appear on license side. Could be really the file corruptded? Or my way to procede is completely wrong? Thank for replies

The right procedure is described in the help of the Automation License Manager. Or in the manual of the Automation License Manager in part: 3.4 Web license key download The manual in English is "almapp_b.pdf" in the path "C:\Program Files\SIEMENS\Automation License Manager\manual" Regards Georg Berghof
