I am sorry but I fear you will not find a simple solution to your problem. There is no simplemanual that documents that. Telling you what you have to choose at which baudrate has something to do with your requirements, your possibilities... the amount of requested data, the time and distance you want to achieve, the environmental conditions.... and so much more.

I fear you will not get a simple answer. I would strongly recommend, if you plan on building a new installation, to contact a representative of the company you want to have the system build up with. They are able to offer you a scheme of what can be done and how. They might be even able to offer you some simple information’s on how long a certain amount of data takes to be transferred from point A to point B in a secure environment... but this is just a hint... how the time will be on your site is a totally different story.
