How many channels in RTD module?

For 6ES7 331-7KF01-0AB0 if you used all Ch. as a RTD then it is 4 Ch. if you used all Ch. for any of this 2 Wire, 4 Wire, TC & Voltage then it is 8 Ch. Please Find the Manual Link In That 6ES7 331-7KF02-0AB0 Module (6ES7 331-7KF02-0AB0& 6ES7 331-7KF01-0AB0 both are same only version change) Please see page no.312 http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/8859629
