In order to get an useful answer, you should at least tell people what kind of rings you are using there. None of the switches can be connected directly to multipe rings.
There is standby with HRP but it's never like a switch got 4 ringports. You could use a S627 if: 1. The subnets of the rings differ, so communication is routed and layer 3 only. 2.
