how much bytes are they?

boazeventall Posts: 131 Rating: (4)	when i`m creating an DB and i want to turn to address i am writes like that: DB1.DBB1 OR to turn to is bits we will write DB1.DBX0.1 the `0` is the number of byte and the `1` is the number of the bit in the byte i want to know how much bytes are they in 1 DB can i writes DB1.DBB10000? what is the last byte in DATA BLOCK?

Dear,

It depends of CPU model.

See LinkS7-1214.

In S7-1214 case, it have 50Kbytes of work memory, see section "CPU Blocks"

CPU-blocks
Number of blocks (total)	DBs, FCs, FBs, counters and timers. The maximum number of addressable blocks ranges from 1 to 65535. There is no restriction, the entire working memory can be used

But the CPU has 2Mb of Load Memory, if you can, you can modify the atribute of the DB to "only Store in Load Memory" and use the apropriate SFC's to Read and write some bytes. In Load memory the DB can be larger but the acess is throw SFC's.
