Look for the button marked "project view" at the left bottom corner.
Press it for another view.

The Function Blocks (FBs) listed in the program is marked with a lock. This means the code block is locked with a password. Only by knowing the password can the block be opened.

In the case of the example: All the FBs are locked. All the FBs are Siemens provided blocks; these extend the instruction set of the PLC. There is no reason to open these blocks.

it is a guess that the example program has the structure of OB1 that calls FCs that in turn make use of the FBs and DBs.
