How run runtime in WinCC V13 for KTP600

I want for testing on the line start runtime in my pc for basic panel KTP600 but my runtime buton is gray and i can't start runtime and then i must go always to panel for changing parameters. But if i put to winCC pc-runtime system then i can start runtime in pc. This mean i can't start runtime for panel KTP600 in my pc? In WinCC flexible 2008 that worked without problems. Thanks for help. Hi, 1. Did you compliled it without problems or warnings? 2.Have you try not to use RT, I mean use the icon that is for simulation? 3. Did you try going online tab, simulation with tags(i don't remember the name exactly) Hope this helps Best Regards

In the panel everything works without problems. compilation without errors, panel working ok. in my pc i can start simulation without problems. but in wincc flexible was possibility start runtime for the panel in pc and in winCC V13 is icon for the runtime gray and then I can't start runtime in my pc. When is line commisioning for me is much better see my panel ( KTP 600) in pc with runtime because then i don't must go everytime to the panel for the check what happend on the line.

K!ke Posts: 1299 Rating: (136)	Hello, For Panels (also for your KTP600) you can't start the runtime on a PC. This is because the runtime system of a panel differs from the runtime system of the pc. so if yourun your project on the pc, it won't workthe same way ason your panel. Therefor in TIA Portal they named it different. For Panels you can use the "Start simulation" button, which is next to the runtime-button. K!ke
