Hello md80, 1st of all you have to know that this configuration is not a supported by Siemens.
I don't know about such possibility but the point is how would both CPUs manage writing outputs to slaves? To the best of my knowledge Profinet I/Os do not support redundancy (2 Masters(Controllers) at the same time).
Y-Linkis made todo it but only with S7-400H systems. I cansee that you have changed the configuration and added new Ethernet CPs to construct redundant link which means extra cost. Now Siemens has 412-3H which is much cheaper than414-H & 417H. Best regards. H-H |
