I have a machine with TP700 comfort panel connected to s7-200 via profibus as you see in attachment. So I want to connect the panel to internet via Ethernet port and I want to remote it from anywhere with browser (via internet). My project was developed with Tia portal v13 and I have no experience with sm@rt server and sm@rt client. So, please, can you help me by giving demonstration step by step about how can I access to my panel via internet?

Thank you for helping. But after loading my project(v13) in the panel I have new message "license key not available! Wincc sm@rtServer for simatic panel". What is the problem if version of the panel is 13.0.1.0?

When you use WinCC TIA Portal v13, you need a Sm@rtServer license on the panel.

Do you have one? Then transfer it to panel.

When you use WinCC TIA Portal v14 or higher, you can use Sm@rtServer on a Comfort panel without a license.

you need a license for Runtime Version < 14. See SIMATIC WinCC Sm@rtServer (TIA Portal).

Because you want to use Sm@rtServer, I would advise to change Device to v14

Thank you very much for your support. I have a question: if I  open my project with Tia v14 SP1 and after compiling i load it in the panel, it'll work or I need updating the version of the panel?

the panel runtime will be updated before loading the application (not possible to load a V14 project to a V13 panel or the other way round).
