I have a cpu 315 - 2DP but i can't find it in lib ? how to add CPU 315 in TIA portal v11 |

Which devices and modules are supported by STEP 7 Professional and WinCC Professional in the TIA Portal? Please, also share the ordernumber to see when was the exact release date to tell you more! |

For sure TIA Portal V11 supports S7-315-2DP CPUs as shown in the attachment.But ,as far as I know, the exact order number ,firmware version and release date are crucial parameters that should be considered while configuring/programming a CPU with a given software.
The older versions may not be supported but for newer , HSP update package(of the given TIA Portal V11/12) should be checked.This is why people still prefer to use STEP 7! |

Yes, my cpu is 315 - 2AF03 - 0AB0 v1.1 (oldest) |
