how to add responsive to a page created in logo web editor

Agropezim21 Posts: 13 Rating: (0)	Hi, I have a page created with lwe, but I would like to make it more dynamic, by adding it, responsive, is there any method or documentation that I can follow to be able to customize the page? can it be created from scratch with html5 (since i noticed it was in htm and xhtml)?
