In Siemens v20, in linear motion when we give a break realise condition the arm will be suddenly came down position with huge vibration.how to reactify this issue.The load is up to 250 kgs.....And also give me a solution for how to apply DC breaking in the same drive(v20) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |

Hello, the dc braking is not suitable for this because you will have torque free pause with a duration of p347, in which the pulses of the drive are inhibited, before the DC current braking is getting active. You can try to use the voltage boost parameters to increase the behavior during starting the motor. |
