Hi, I'm having similar issue using CPU315F-2PN/DP and IM115-6PN/2 HF with
F-DI   v1.0.1
F-DO v2.0.1

I downloaded S7-FCT V2.0 but i can't find the application.

How can i start this tool?

I see the application in the "Installed APP" in Windows control panel.

If i try to run the  exe file from
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Siemens\Automation\S7-FCT\Bin" --> Siemens.Simatic.Safety.S7_FCT.exe

I get an error message for "missing parameters"

What can i do to assign F-Parameters to the F-device?

Sorry, forgot to write.

Unfortunately Simatic Manger because we are adding device on old machine.

The default tool in simatic manager to assign the F-parameter tell me everytime that status is not ok for the assignment

S7 Distributed Safety Programming v5.4 SP5

S7 F configuration pack v5.5 SP13

[SOLVED]

1. At first i was using "not correct" device from catalog

Be carefull, use device from folder GSD and to the others outside.

2.  To start the FCT tool follow this path

Modify - Start Device Tool -> FCT -> Second option (I don't know why no label present)

In order to allow FCT tool to work, run this file at first
"C:\tmp\Register_S7-FCT.reg"

Now everyting is working!
