how to autosave a report in a folder?

i made a button that ends a recipe and used print report, but a pop up comes and ask me to put name and save the file. but i need to save it in automatic way, is there a way to do this without script?

Hi,

seems the problem is with the PDF creator you are using. "Microsoft Print to PDF" always will ask for file name. But there are several other tools where you can define a file name.

i-ve used pdf creator, it save in the folder but also open it. and i would like to avoid opening file. and i can-t find the way to avoid it in options.

could you suggest me a program thar simply save the report  without opening_
