How to calculate load revolution(P2506)?

Dear sir,

Is there any other way to calculate load revolution(P2506)?

Motor :1FK7080-2AF71-1SH0 ,3000 rpm,multipole resolver.

Gearbox :Ratio :1400/104

Application : belt for used for glass movement.

I dont know how much mm movement have been done on one teeth.Total teeth is 25.

Hi, 

what you should ask yourself is:

Which distance does my load move forward when these 25 teeth are moved one revolution?

Or: What is the effective diameter / circumference of the load wheel?

So if you do not have the exact values you should try out. First I would mark one tooth of the wheel, jog the axis forward exactly one revolution until the marker is at the same position again and then measure the distance that your belt was driven forward. Take this distance and enter it in p2506 (please as described above select a high resolution for your positioning, e.g. µm - so if you measure 1000mm then enter 1 000 000 LU per load revolution for example).

Then try to do several positionings with your belt and check how exact your measurement was. If you set a position for a long distance (e.g. 10 meters) and your load did move a little further than 10m you know the value you entered in p2506 was a little too small. If the load moves less than 10m you know that the value in p2506 was too high. So adjust it by try & error.

I have a one confusion.I have to migrate total 4 nos of master drives to sinamics S120.I have studied old simovert master drive mc back up and found wide complex logic.

I want know something about simovert master drive mc v/s S120 parameter settings.

(1)As per Master drive MC P169=1 & P170=82690264.That means AVWF=1.82690264 .Both parameters are sets for AVWF(Actual value weighting factor)

Please share your knowledge to which parameters have to set in S120 against the P169 & P170.

(2)How to set LU per load revolution.We already know that default value is P2506=10000(Lu per load revolution(pos.stpt/act val resolution)==??????

Note:I have to set P2506 (Lu per load revolution(pos.stpt/act val resolution)as per master drive back up.Can please suggest the parameter in master drive mc?
