How to calculate the accuracy of the siwarex card WP321?

Based on the bellow datasheet of the loadcell in the link given  please explain the formula 

d(min(ND))= Delta u min x Emax x N / C / Uexc

Loadcell = (50 x (1)^1/2) /11111= 4.5 gr =5 gr

Herewith the can find the datasheet of the loadcell :

Model -> Z6FC3 with nominal load of 50kg.

The scale can be use until 60kg (written on the scale)

There is only one loadcell.
