How to change brightnes of tp700 comfort

Hello , 

I want to make on my project panel 1 button that when i press it to see 1 scale and from this scale to change the brightness from 0 to 100% 

is this must be with regular switch button that when i swich on must put set brightness .

i dont know how to program this 

please help ,
