How could combine 3 different  IO field inputs(wstring data types) in different tags received from HMI to a single tag in data block and show it in single output IO field in HMI?

on the PLC use (strtagIOfield-tags of data type WString):

#strtagIOfield4 := CONCAT_WSTRING(IN1 := #strtagIOfield1, IN2 := #strtagIOfield2, IN3 := #strtagIOfield3);

Or you use a vbscript in the WinCC-application.

What is it above code? I do programming on Ladder logic or FBD.

Is it SCL lang above? How to connect tags to IN1, 2,3?

Yes, it's SCL. And here it is merging three WString-tags (INx := abcde) and writing the combination to another WString-tag. You can use the CONCAT in LAD, too.
