How to communicate between S5-100U CPU and PC

I have never interacted with S5 CPUs, Please guide me on how to communicate between the CPU and PC, include all steps please (possible cable types, software needed and steps).

you need step5 software.

Here the manual where you can see some basics.

Step5 family have various cpu : s5-90, s5-100, s5115, s5-135, s5-155.

what cpu do you have.?

For connection there is Siemens convereter but I dont remember code because I use this.
