Hello Roman; You need to setup a Profibus network between the Hilscher DP-master and the S7-300 CPU. Why don't you start with this document from Hilscher: Configuration of S7-300 with CPU315-2 DP for PROFIBUS-DP Slave http://www.hilscher.com/files_manuals/ans7dpse.pdf The following link will allow you to download the required gsd filefor any of theSiemens CPUs, so you can set them up as DP-slaves (the document shows you how to insert the gsd file in Sycon): PROFIBUS GSD files : SIMATIC The most delicate aspect of this configuration is to determine the exchange area and addressing between the master and slave correctly. The master will write a number of bytes (as outputs)to the slave, and the slave will read these data bytes in its memory (as inputs); the slave will send data back (as outputs)to the master (who will treat them as inputs). Notice how the outputs of the master become inputs to the slave , and vice-versa? Use the example settings used in the Hilscher document for starters, and once you have the hang of it calculate how many bytes you need to transfer between the DP nodes, then set them up properly. Hoep this helps, Daniel Chartier |
