How to config. CP1430 for S5 155H

I use com1430 to makeCP Init. and use com155H to config. cp for H system, then program OB20-OB22 in cpu. But, I can't findwhy it can'tworking. I would realy like to know how to synchronization cp1430 and cpu. Could someonetell me how to doand explaind detailed. Best Regards! king

UMENCHO Diamond Expert Joined: 3/21/2006 Last visit: 10/7/2024 Posts: 10229 Rating: (1181)	Hello, Abou synchronization - Insert the start-up OBs OB20, OB21 and OB22 into your STEP 5 project. Program the call for FB125 (SYNCHRON), which prompts synchronization between the CPU and the CP, in these OBs. Important for this FB125 is: Interface number (SSNR) The interface number for the CP is assigned in the configuration tool for the CP1430 "SINEC NCM COM 1430" in the mask (Edit > CP Init). Specify the SSNR as a parameter in all the CPU's communication blocks (FB120, FB121, FB125, FB126, FB127). The interface number must always be divisible by 4 (0, 4, 8, 16, ...). CP/IP for 155H(one-sided). for one CP1430,how many IF no.i should config.. example: interface number type numberSubunit (A/B) IF no. 0 24 A IF no.1 ? ? IF no. 2? ? IFno. 3 ? ? pls B.R.

I mean where is CPU after CP and I/O. I think the problem is assigning the right "place" for this CP in FB125... You must assign the place in the rack where is installed this CP... For your system look at S5-155H Programmable Controller (CPU 948R / CPU 948RL) (from 31^th page). Hope this will helps. Best regards Hristo MIhalev

kk cheung Experienced Member Joined: 1/14/2006 Last visit: 2/14/2022 Posts: 37 Rating: (1)	If I remeber you have to do: 1. S5 program tosyn this CP in OB20, OB21 2. S5 program to call this CP in your cyclic program 3. add this CP to the hardware configuration of your S5-155Hby using COM155H
