Dear Sir,

My plant is running on PCS7 8.0 and there are 10 PC station connect with LAN based system (One ES + 9 OS). In my plant, office network and plant network both in same domain and some office computer are sharing plant data thru OPC server. Due to this reason we are facing a lot of issues in networking system like slow behavior of network, conflict…. Etc.

My question is that, I want to use firewall system to allow only for specific computer but I don’t know how I can implement firewall in my network. Please guide me from a beginner level.

Note: we are using MOXA EDS-405A-MM for networking.

I think there is no easy and quick solution possible without knowing all the configuration and Information about the Plant network.
